Refund and Returns Policy

At SeimeiMatcha, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to resolve it.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, without justification (right of withdrawal, Decree-Law no. 24/2014).

2. Conditions

• Product in original condition, unused;
• Original packaging intact and sealed;
• Not opened or consumed (for hygiene and food safety reasons);
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Excluded Products

• Food products or supplements that have been opened or consumed;
• Personalised or specially ordered products;
• Products with expired shelf life after delivery.

4. How to Return

1. Send an email to support@seimeimatcha.com with subject "Return — [order no.]";
2. State the reason and, if applicable, photos of the product;
3. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with instructions;
4. Send the product to the indicated address. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of defect or our error.

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection, we process the refund within 5 to 10 business days by the same payment method used:

• Card: 5 to 10 business days;
• PayPal: up to 3 business days.

6. Defective or Incorrect Product

Contact us at support@seimeimatcha.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We offer immediate replacement or full refund at no cost.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel at no cost until the moment of shipping. After shipping, the above policy applies. To cancel: support@seimeimatcha.com.
